Key Specs:

The CBM70S series is our new 70W, innovative high-density, class I, AC/DC power module in an industrial standard Half-Brick size (61.0x57.9x17.0mm) dimension. It has safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1, and with no external components required, the AC/DC power supply module provide EMC compliance to meet EN55032 Level B for conducted, and radiated emissions as well as offer immunity to meet EN61000-4. With input range of 90~264Vac, it comes in 4 different outputs of 12, 24, 36 and 48VDC.

Exceptional performance:

This power supply offers an exceptional high efficiency of up to 89.5%, a wide operating case temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and internal AC fuse, EMC filter, and hold-up capacitor which reduces space needed for the designed application. This power supply can be used at a high altitude up to 5000m max, and features a low no load input power consumption of less than 150 mW.

 

Key Functions:

Fully encapsulated, the CBM70S can operate at full load with its baseplate cooled design which requires no fan, and includes Output Voltage Adjustment through its trim pin. An optional heat sink is also available, enabling designers to use convection or forced air cooling where preferred.

 

Full Protections:

Safety approved for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1. Other features include output over-voltage protection, continuous short circuit protection, and over temperature protection.

 

Applications:

Suitable for consumer electronics, telecommunication devices, commercial equipment, and light/heavy industrial applications.
